چکیده
Az autoimmun hemolitikus anémia (AIHA) ritka hematológiai kórkép, amelynek hátterében autoantitest okozta vörösvérsejt-destrukció áll. esetek körülbelül 50%-a idiopátiás vagy primer AIHA, míg a szekunder infekció, szisztémás betegség, szolid tumorok, limfoproliferatív betegségek, gyógyszermellékhatás A SARS-CoV-2 vírus Covid-19-pandémia jelentkezése óta megnőtt azon AIHA-s betegek száma, ahol infekció szerepel etiológiai tényezőként. Cikkünkben ismertetjük egy Covid–19 indukálta beteg esetét, illetve irodalmi áttekintést nyújtunk témában.
